Spanish distributor: Faster delivery, reduced costs

The distributor’s previous supplier couldn’t always keep pace with demand. Lead times of up to ten days delayed deliveries, while shipping costs added unnecessary expense. Products were priced between 7% and 19% lower than the previous supplier, while clear order confirmations and almost immediate responses during office hours gave the customer confidence that every order was being processed quickly. With stock held ready for dispatch, most orders could be shipped the same day rather than waiting up to ten days. Codeboxx also introduced a credit account, making ordering simpler and helping the distributor manage regular monthly purchases more efficiently. The distributor now purchases between €6,000 and €7,000 of printheads every month from Codeboxx, supplying customers throughout the Spanish food industry.

Lower prices, reduced shipping costs, same-day dispatch, and knowledgeable technical support have helped the business improve the service it provides to its own customers while strengthening its competitive position in the market.
